Becoming A Part Of Your Home Community

Building a home business requires many parts coming together at the right time and marketing the business can make it popular among a wide range of audiences. Even internet-based companies need to be known and accepted in their home communities and business owners who play where they live generally have a better chance of success. Being involved in the community can help a community become involved in the business.

Regardless of the type of business you are in, becoming known in your home community can have many benefits. It can also become part of your marketing strategy, even if no one recognizes your involvement as a business growth strategy. Consider the uniforms worn by youth sports teams and ask how many of the companies that sponsor those teams do so out of the goodness of their heart. If that was the case, the name of the business would not be on the backs of all the uniforms and would not be read in every newspaper article that publishes the score of the local games.

When parents are attending one of junior's games and they are need of a plumber, who do you think they are going to call? Chances are the company whose name is on the back of the uniform will get the business. Of course, adult-themed businesses are not usually acceptable as sponsors for these activities, but the idea is the same no matter what type of business it is.

Targeting your name and message is equally important as no matter how many ads or how much money is spent, if it is only seen or heard by people who have no use for your services, it will be a wasted effort. Consultants often find that membership in local social or civic service organizations is a great place to recruit business. One rule of thumb though, unless specifically asked, never discuss your business during a social gathering.

This is often viewed as pandering to the masses or preaching to a captive audience. If someone asks a question, hand them a business card with an invitation to call or, better yet, ask when it would best to contact them so you can supply more detailed and more accurate information rather than discussing it at a community picnic. It takes a lot of time and effort to be part of a community and even some who have lived in the same town for years are not well-known outside their own backyard.

For awhile, at least, you need to forget about all the hype surrounding the internet marketing and advertising and make your home community the base for getting your name out in the public view. Even if only a few individuals may be able to use your services, others may know of someone who can. It is not only who you know that helps your marketing efforts, it is also who they know that helps grow your business. The important thing is to be known by someone, who knows someone, who knows someone and so on.

Are You Considered An Expert In Your Field?

No matter how much you know about any given subject or industry, you are not considered an expert in the field unless someone else says you are. They may know as much or more than you do, but if they have reason to believe that you are and expert, then others likely will also view you as an expert.

The question then becomes, how do you get others to view as the go-to expert on matters in your chosen field of expertise? Being recognized as an expert is hard work and attempting to convince people of your credentials will not make it happen. You have to show them your expertise. One way to make that happen is to become published on the subject. There is something about being named an author about a subject that can instantly make you an expert.

Many time you will see a presentation being given by someone you never heard of, and it is usually accompanied by the notice that they are the author of a book, an article an important-sounding paper, but rarely does it ever say where the item was published. That detail is not nearly as important than actually being published. Making copies of the article available also lends credence to the claim of being an expert.

With so many ezines published on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, use your background and knowledge about a subject and write a short informative article. Find an ezine publication focused in the same area and offer them the article free of charge. Unless it is true garbage, most ezines will not refuse free content and once they publish it, you are on the road to becoming an expert.

Offer your speaking services to local service organizations on subjects related to their membership. If you have spent years in management, you probably have good knowledge about many aspects of managing a business and speaking to other business owners about management ideas can boost your credibility. Now, not only are you a published author but you are also an experienced speaker.

From the free speeches to small groups you can advance to offering presentations to peer groups, further securing your status as an expert in the field and can get paid for your speaking and presentation abilities. In reality, the biggest difference between an expert in the field and another person working in the field is not about their advanced knowledge. It is more about how much they can charge for their services. Experts make more money.

Starting a consulting business, based on being an acknowledged expert can make all the difference in the world. Your subject matter and materials may be exactly the same. but with the new designation of expert in the biography, there are more people willing to spend money to hear you speak.

Your website can tout all the reasons and all the people and groups that consider you an expert in the field, without every using the word expert. Simply by having the background as a published author and public speaker is usually enough credibility to make your expert opinion worth pay to hear.

Can Such A Business Thrive At Home

Have you ever been on vacation and come across a business idea that you have never seen before? Maybe a twist to an old idea that you thought was unique or a new taste to the old hamburger that you find absolutely fantastic. Maybe a retailer with a unique niche product that you find is not only available but can be opened as a franchise. Before writing the check to get the business open back home, you are going to want to do some research to find out if the business can survive in your neighborhood.

It is not only whether there is enough population in your hometown to support the business, but are there enough of the right kind of customers to make the business grow into the success you envision? While you may be enamored with the concept, you will need to make sure others will embrace your enthusiasm before opening a new business. You can easily start be looking around in neighboring communities to see if such a business exists.

They do not have to be the same brand you are considering, but similar in the type of products or services they offer. It will probably not hurt to travel to a nearby location and talk to the owner of the franchise about business prospects. They may not be willing to divulge a lot of information to a stranger, but they give you a general idea about the success of the business. Also, if there are no cars in the lot during what you might consider what should be a busy time, what they tell you may be a moot point.

Look at competition to the concept and how other businesses are supplying the overall need that your proposed franchise may end up competing against. You should also understand the demographics in your area, and most information is available free through local chambers of commerce. By comparing the community make up with other similar sized communities, you can gain a good understanding of the potential for success your franchise idea may have.

While most companies, for reasons known only to them are reluctant to talk about profit expectations, talking with other franchise owners may reveal some of the realities of owning that particular franchise. Again, they may be reluctant to offer figures, but most will share their experiences about the business relationship with the flagship company. But researching the company as well as the business can save a lot of heartache in the long run, as well as your cash.

Buying into a franchise can be the beginning of a long lasting financial affair with your bank and if the business venture will not work in your town you can either find a town in which it has a better chance of survival or find another opportunity. But, the bottom line is that if you enter into a franchise agreement and the business does not produce as expected, you are the one holding the promissory note with the bank and if you put your house up as collateral, you family's future depends on the depth of your research.

Deciding On A Franchise Or A New Home Business Venture

There is a lot to be said about starting and owning your own business concerning the personal satisfaction of being your own boss and nurturing an idea from its infancy and growing through maturity. There are also a lot of headaches and a potentially long learning curve before you are comfortable with the way the business is operating. Finding the right advertising message and marketing strategy that can position your business within the same industry to make it a leader is another obstacle that needs overcome before becoming successful.

Despite all of the advantages of business ownership, there are many who prefer simply to trade the sweat equity needed to start their own business, along with a usually nice piece of change and buy a franchise in an existing business. In most cases, all of the bugs have been worked out of the operational side of the business and the company's business plan has proven to provide a working model. Essentially, a new franchise owners is trained on how the business is supposed to be run, to make sure it meets the company's goals, and then run it.

While this can be a quick and easy way to operate a new business venture, it remains far from allowing the franchise owner to own their own business. They can take advantage of the existing brand recognition, advertising and marketing strategies that helped the main company grow into its current position. Make no mistake, most companies do franchise unless they are certain new owners can be trained to run them and everything is in place to insure they can turn a profit.

Buying a franchise does not a business owner make. What it does is give the buyer the right to claim the profits from the business. Owning a franchise does not allow the owner to change the offerings of the company nor does it allow them the right to alter the way the company does business. When a franchise is purchased, usually the new owner continues to pay for the right to use the business's name and brand recognition. In return, the main company allows the owner to keep the profits from their venture.

While owning a franchise is a quick and easy way to get into business, it is not necessarily the type of investment for an individual with an independent streak. Most purchase agreements allow for the main company to take control of the franchise if the owner violates any part of the franchise contract…without remuneration. Meaning if the owner introduces a new product to the menu, they can lose their rights to the franchise.

Regardless of the necessary investment, the decision is based on one thought. Do you want to buy the opportunity to run someone else's business, and probably make a decent wage out of it, or do you want to have total control over a business you own? For the individual with the true entrepreneurial spirit who wants to live or die on their own merits, a franchise may not be the best decision.

Can A Blog Really Help Your Business?

May business owners have never heard of a blog and think most internet networking sites are for the kids to talk about what they did in school yesterday. While social networking may have been originally developed to help younger people stay in touch, businesses have found that a web log, or blog, can help them, stay in contact with customers, suppliers and even the competition. There are literally millions of blogs available on the internet and they can be quick, easy and cheap to set up and start using.

The basic concept of a blog is an open forum for talk about a specified topic. It allows the blog owner to post a thought on the subject and leaves the door open for others to respond to their comments, effectively initiating and continuing a dialog on any number of topics. Businesses can also use keywords in their blog entries to make them easier to find in search engines and inviting others to visit and leave a comment. Heck, in addition to potential customers a business can even make some money from their blog.

Blog sites that provide the medium for free may not accept users placing advertising on their free site, but companies that charge for the technology's use generally allow the users to post anything legal on their blog pages. In addition to information about your own business, you can post advertisements from other sites and earn money from sales on other people's products. Advertising your blog is similar to advertising your website, but linking your site to the blog and vice-versa can draw traffic to both areas.

Blogs are sometimes known to be controversial and depending on the subject matter, can help or harm a business. Sometimes it is better if a business owner's true personal opinion are not expressed on a blog as it could harm the way people view the business. In most cases, blog entries should be positive and informative about the subject matter and be accepting to other's opinions on the subject. Who knows? The blog owner may actually learn something from someone else just from an entry placed on the blog.

Once you have decided to begin a blog for your business, you should decide on a theme and the standards for which the blog will become known. It should also be well established that posts that violate the standards will be removed and if an unacceptable entry is made, it needs to be removed as soon as it is discovered. While you do not want to stifle this sharing of ideas, you also do not want to become a forum for personal attacks and other non-essential conversation.

By working to keep your blog on track and focused in a positive light, more people will be acceptable to sharing their own thoughts. If they see a history of personal attacks against people providing information, they will not be willing to become part of the show. They need to know the business blog is run in a professional manner before they will join in the discussion.

Affiliate Your Web Site To Broaden Marketing Reach

One of the toughest parts of owning an online business is getting traffic to your site. Traffic is what drives sales and sales it what drives you to operate a business. Without traffic, you have no business. Consider your online business as a brick and mortar business located on the side of a major, busily traveled highway. There are literally thousands of businesses located along the road with fancy signs, flashing lights and in some cases people standing by the side of the road signaling their presence.

Looking at your business, located in a non-nondescript building with no widows and one unmarked door. It is painted a dull color and there is no sign to indicate the business is located inside this drab building and the parking lot be a little too small for anticipated business. There is no advertising in the newspaper, radio, television or the phone book and as a consequence, there are probably no visitors roaming around inside the store.

Although the prices of whatever you are selling inside are significantly better that those offered by other sites, no one will ever know it because they do not know you exist. One of the favorite methods of inviting traffic to your store is the use of affiliate marketing. To understand the concept, consider advertising in print or broadcast media. You make up the ad and pay to have it published. You have very little to go on as to how effective the ad has been, but you paid for it just to get your name out. Think that you made one sale from an ad that cost a thousand dollars to post. A dismal return for sure.

Affiliate marketing is essentially connecting with other online business owners and having them put your ad on their site. You do not have to pay unless your ad produces revenue. Kind of like a pay for performance agreement. If the ad produces sales, you pay the site owner a percentage of the sale. If the ad does not produce any sales, you pay them nothing.

These other sites want to make money without having to warehouse merchandise or handle any of the shipping and payments. Their only work is putting your ad on their site and then promoting their site to get more visitors. The more sales they make for you, the more money they earn in commissions. The more advertising they do of their own site, the more visitors are sent your way to buy your products. This pay for production type of advertising, affiliate marketing is one of the fastest growing methods of earning money on the internet and allows even small businesses to establish a large marketing network with a bare bones budget.

Additionally, one of the algorithms search engines use is counting the number of quality links to your site from other sites. Every affiliate that posts your ad on their site is a link back to you and you do not have to trade links with them, making it more attractive to the search engines. This can also increase traffic direct to your site from search engine users.

How To Win At Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is the process of promoting the goods or services of another person in exchange for getting a commission every time that one of those goods or services is sold. Affiliate marketing in this way can be a very easy way for a person to get something done and when it comes right down to it the low cost and easy time commitments that affiliate marketing brings to the table are exactly what people need when they are starting up a business. However, this does not mean that everyone that tries affiliate marketing is going to be successful at it, so even though it is one of the easiest ways to start a business online, you still need to know how to win at affiliate marketing.

Location

In real estate, location is the biggest thing. In affiliate marketing, location is also the biggest thing albeit in a different way. The location we are looking for in affiliate marketing is not the location of geography or region that real estate developers are interested in, but rather the location affiliate markets are looking for is the proper market to sell their products. Markets are targeted to different things and interested in different things and figuring out which markets are likely to like the products you are marketing is part of becoming a great affiliate marketer. You can make things a lot easier on yourself by ensuring that the affiliate marketing that you do is only directed at markets and people that are actually interested in those particular products.

Leverage

There is a very sad story in some affiliate marketing circles and it is the story of the person that did not understand leverage. This person came up with a fantastic marketing plan for affiliate marketing and tried it on one product. That plan worked great, but because the profits that it brought in were not enough to sustain a full time income, the person gave up and heartbreakingly went back to their old job.

What is the lesson here? The lesson is that people need to consider leverage when they consider how to win at affiliate marketing. Figuring out a strategy that works is hard, but once you have that strategy your next goal becomes to leverage the strategy by applying it to as many different products as possible.

If you can make $100 a week selling a certain product, why not start building up your infrastructure so that you end up making $10,000 a week eventually by selling 100 products that each make $100 a week?

Critical Thinking

Location and leverage are two examples of things that came about as a result of critical thinking. Someone was faced with a problem (too few people interested in the general public or too little profit from selling one product) and came up with a solution by thinking on their feet. Everything that you do in affiliate marketing will require this type of critical thinking and it would be impossible to go through the hundreds of different ways that this is already true of the field. Just remember to always re-evaluate the situation you are in and try to think critically about ways that you can make it better.

The Power of a Great Name
Copyright © Nestor Ramirez
Home Business Opportunity

Naming a new business can be a painful experience for many entrepreneurs. It is common for those with business acumen to not be as adept at what they consider to be more creative, like naming their business. In reality, the best business names have very little to do with imagination and creativity. The best business names actually have everything to do with business acumen and marketplace research. For those of you who were dreading coming up with some perky creative name, relax. Here are a few tips to take into consideration when you are choosing a powerful name for your new company.

The first thing you want to do is think about what you are trying to get across to the public. What phrases or words would you associate with your business? Take this slow, there is no rush at this point. Think about your business and what it does... what your products are, what services you provide. Now think about your target audience. Besides your products, what are they likely to enjoy? Now write down a few of your favorite business names and see if you can find anything in common. Now add the ones from companies that are extremely successful. Let's take a look at McDonald's, Coca-Cola and Nike, for example. Do you see anything they have in common?

Now, take a few moments to brainstorm some names for your company. Make a list of at least ten, then compare them to all the questions in the last paragraph. If you have found anything in common with the most successful companies' business names, see if you can do the same with your own name ideas. Take your time. Keep a pad of paper near your bed or on your desk so you can jot down any ideas when they happen to occur to you. Don't linger over this for months, but you don't need to decide in the next thirty seconds, either. Doing the name association exercise enables you to come up with ideas that tie into all your considerations and will work well for your business.

When your list is finished, cross out the ones that definitely won't work, leaving two or three to choose from. Make sure your name isn't too specific. For example, if you start a business selling copy services, you may not want to choose a name like Ink!, even though it is catchy. It also happens to use the hard K sound from McDonald's, Coca-Cola and Nike. However, if in a few years you want to branch out and also sell paper, do book bindings or even publishing, your name may be limiting.

Once you've narrowed down your list, follow your instincts. Choose the one you like the best, no matter what anyone else says. It is your business, after all. Start your business confident that you've chosen well.

Choosing Employees For Your Home Business

If the time comes where you can no longer fulfill your tasks and job demands on a solo basis it will be time to consider hiring employees. When you find yourself in this position you have to think carefully about what you expect from this person and what qualities you are looking for them to relay. Asking specific questions at an interview over the phone, through a questionnaire or in person will help you to get a better feel for each individual and how they may be able to benefit you and your business.

Expectations can be high after all this is your business that you have built and nurtured for it to become successful. It is also run from your personal residence and you would want this person to be the proper type of person to allow entrance into your home. You need to know ahead of time, prior to speaking to this person what you will in reality require from them. Will they be collecting supplies, dropping off or taking orders? Will this person be required to handle money or keep track of financial records? Will this person be trained to aid you in the over all business processes? Depending on what you will require this person to be able to do will depend on the questions you need to ask. IF they are a form of delivery and pick up, how is there driving record do they have a valid drivers license? Is it in or out of state? Will they have a vehicle or will you provide this? Does this person have the communication skills required to take orders and mark them correctly? Is this person trustworthy to run deposits to the bank or keep records of transaction for you? Knowing the task and the expectations for the related task will help you to research the persons character for the position.

Personal qualities can make or break the hiring process of an individual. Many businesses require a questionnaire to be filled out that contains questions concerning morals, ethics and dependability. You can find such questionnaires online or you can create your own. Having these prepared for an interview can make the process flow much smoother. You can have them fill out the paperwork and then review the answers with the person. This can assist you in knowing if you want to pursue this person as an employee or turn them away for the businesses benefit.

The process of hiring a person is not always easy. Concerns of a person’s personal background of drugs or abusive behavior can be something to look into. You can never be too precautions when having a person join you in your home as well as your business. Any convictions or bankruptcies as well as other court proceeding transcripts are public record and available online. If you feel it is necessary to know this type of personal history it is available to you. Most important factor in hiring an employee is trust. If a sense of trust is not present simply move on. Take the necessary time to find the employee(s) that you desire.

Advertising Your Product In Inventive Ways!

Online advertising is more than a web site with words about your product on it. When a customer buys a product ...that customer has bonded either with the product or with the salesman. They are familiar with the salesman. They know he will answer all their questions patiently. They are familiar with the product and know it will give them what they want. The internet is a place advertisers can bond with their customers. It allows two way conversations with out making the customer feel uncomfortable. These conversations are created through various means such as e mails and chat.

You are not forced to talk with a friend. You want to talk and you do so when you are in the mood.

So it is with online advertising. A customer sees an e mail with a subject he is interested in. He can read it now or later whenever he is ready or in the mood. This is unlike billboards that go flying by and TV commercials that play when you are in the kitchen preparing snacks.

Email

Email is one of the prominent reasons people are on the internet. Friends send e mails to each other. They send pictures and the latest news on the family. It is possible to become friends with your customers through e mails. Sending e mail newsletters to keep the customer up to date on your company or product is bonding with them. They will come back again and again. That is, if they agree to the e mails. Sending unwanted e mails can have the opposite effect!!!

Micro site

This is a small web site on a larger web site. This can be good for products that people need but don't want to give a lot of thought to. For instance....a laxative. Who wants to read a lot about a laxative? But if you see a small site about it every time you go to your favorite health site you are likely to click on it. After all, eventually you may need it. Then when you go to the store you are not going to stand there and look at all the laxatives. You will remember the one from the micro site.

Web site

A web site is an easy way to bond with your customer. Here you create the customer's experience.

You will use color and other images that will appeal to your customer. You know exactly who your customer is and realize that a different image will appeal to a skateboarder than to a new mother.

You can track your customer's experience. You will know how many visited your web site, how long they stayed. You can interact with them by having a customer service area or a suggestion box. In doing this you are able to have the customer thinking of your product as a personality. There are many expert web designers. Consult one of them and use your web site for a few days to work out all the kinks.

How To Build Successful Ad Campaigns
Copyright © Nestor Ramirez
Build A Successful Ad Campaign

Today, the advertising can make or break a company. You can advertise in more ways now than ever before. You don't have to major in marketing to create a successful ad, but on the other hand, it doesn't happen through sheer luck, either. When you are trying to make a decision on what course to take to advertise your business, remember that just doing what the other guy is doing isn't always the best plan of action. One thing seems to hold true in advertising... different companies will get different results with different campaigns. Look within to discover the best advertising for you and your company. Write down what points you want to make in the ad, what the best way would be to convey them, and where your ads would be most effective. When you have these answers, you're on your way to making a successful ad campaign.

One of your first decisions for your ad campaign is who your target is. Once you know who you're speaking to, you'll have a better clue how to address them effectively. Knowing your audience also helps you find the best avenues to reach them. For example, if your target audience is pre-teens, it would be a waste of your time, money and effort to advertise to them during a documentary on the political system in our country. Conversely, if you are trying to attract an audience that are politically aware, you don't want to advertise during "Sponge Bob." Advertisers live by demographics. While demographics make assumptions about different groups of people, and many don't like them because of stereotypes, the fact remains that they are very effective. It is not a waste of time researching the group of people you are trying to reach.

When you are planning your advertising campaign, don't fall into the same trap that many first timers do and assume that people care about your message. The brutal truth is they don't. It is your job to make them care with your advertising. Spending money on a full color ad in the paper may impress your friends and relatives, but to everyone else it is just one more thing in the paper to ignore. If your ad looks like all the others, this is doubly true. To make your ad different and make people take a second look, it must be out of the ordinary. Did you ever wonder why some of those commercials you see on television don't make any sense? They do, but it takes awhile to sink in. And it has affected you if you take the time to try and figure it out. Some companies are even trying annoying ads. These are turning out to be surprisingly effective. Sure, a certain amount of people will see a commercial they hate, and say they won't ever shop there because of the ad, but most of those people won't follow through with this promise. It's fine if they are irritated by your ad, or don't "get" your ad. The important thins is they don't ignore it.

Don't forget to find out what your competition is doing and do it better than they do. If they're getting a good response from advertising on a specific channel, buy your own ads during the same time slots. Your ads should be more direct, more creative and more attention-grabbing than theirs are. Advertising is a fascinating way to study human behavior... it is also a cutthroat business with a hard bottom line. Make sure you plan ahead and are prepared.

MULTI-LEVEL-MARKETING: 'HOW TO' SUCCESS TIPS YOU CAN USE RIGHT AWAY
Copyright © Nestor Ramirez
More How To Success Tips

There is a laundry list of questions for every newcomer to multi-level-marketing:

1. What is the best MLM opportunity?
2. How can I be sure that MLM is legitimate?
3. What is the quickest, most effective way to build a large downline?

The response to these questions and more can be located by viewing customary Internet-marketing models, for instance ‘affiliate marketing’.

If truth be told, multi-level-marketing and affiliate marketing are almost twins. Both business models rely wholly upon the notion of paying a commission to independent referrers for each sale that is generated by them. The only actual difference between the two is that MLM program’s commission structure generally goes further than first and second-tier referrals.

MLM programs can be evaluated by asking the same questions that are asked when evaluating an affiliate program.

Listed below are the questions that are in actual fact your key to unlocking the door. The information that you require is in your answers.

“How to” Success Tips for Multi-Level-Marketing:

1. Is a profitable niche targeted by this MLM?

If it doesn’t, then be cautious. Locating products that people want and need is always the first step the success. Locating a company that is fulfilling the demands of an extreme marketplace with a great deal of disposable income.

2. Is it a good pay out?

Liberal commissions are what affiliate marketers look for, and exactly the same should be done by you. Ensure that the program that you wish to join pays out a sufficient amount on each level to make building a downline worth your while.

3. Do the representatives have the companies support?

It is important to have a program that makes your job simple. Locate programs that provide you with more than enough tools to assist you in promoting the products, as well as the business opportunity.

4. Can a lead generation system be set up on the Internet?

Generating leads to your program can not be done in any better way than on the Internet. Ensure that it is possible to market the program from your own web site, whereby you collect and follow up the leads personally.

5. Can the program be automated?

Never forget that time is money. The more of both of them you are able to leverage the better. Automating your business is one of the most secure ways in doing this. It is necessary for your customers to be able to order products through you in the easiest way possible. Also, the process of signing up new downline members should be faultless and hands-free.

And lastly, but certainly not least, always keep an open eye for methods in which you can increase and grow your long term profits. This can be done easily if you have your own targeted list of leads as you will be able to promote new programs to existing customers. Members of your existing program can also be recruited into your downline in the new program.

FINALLY, A MULTI-LEVEL-MARKETING SYSTEM THAT REALLY WORKS!
Copyright © Nestor Ramirez
Network Marketing System that Really Works

Your marketing system is what depends upon the success of any MLM program. It is a ‘broken’ system for a majority of people when undertaking MLM marketing off-line in the ‘old school’ way.

You may ask yourself why?

Off-line marketing requires a great deal of effort. All of your time is spent trying to establish leads, then explaining the program to each and every one of them, and then once that is done, you need to begin following up. It is then, if they join your downline, that you need to take the time to train them.

Surely there must be a simpler way.

Well, the good news is that there is indeed a simpler way: The Lazy, Internet-Based MLM Marketing System!

Everything that you undertake off-line, can in actual fact be completed on-line. Apart from this, everything that is required to be done repeatedly off-line, can be automated on the Internet.

The solution to the broken system is to have the ability to automate.

A great deal of time, such as 40 to 50 hours every week can be spent off-line on lead-generation and follow ups, particularly if you are returning phone calls personally or holding in-person meetings, etc.

Compare this now to Internet-based marketing. A maximum of 24 hours is what you may spend setting up your lead-capture web site, plus writing up your e-mail follow ups. Once you have completed the phase of setting it up, the entire system can be placed onto autopilot and utilize zero hours on lead-generation and follow-ups thereafter.

Your downline can even be trained via e-mail.

Imagine the better results that you will achieve when your message is being sent to 100’s of prospects at the same time. The outcome is sure to be better than that of when you were informing only one person at a time. The bonus is that you do not even need to be in the same room as them. You do not even have to be awake.

If you are a person that remains to undertake things the “old-fashioned way”, then I strongly advise that you to upgrade your marketing system to an Internet-based strategy.

You may be required to pay set-up costs. However, the overall time that will be saved and the money that you will make with compensate for this, and really, it isn’t that difficult to learn. It would probably take approximately a week for a complete newcomer to set up their system.

So, why wait? Get started on this immediately. I would dare for your to prove me wrong by failing with it, but there just simply is no way in which success can be avoided with an Internet-based multi-level-marketing system.

EMAIL MARKETING: YOUR SECRET WEAPON FOR MLM SUCCESS!
Copyright © Nestor Ramirez
MLM Email Marketing

Were you aware of the fact that one of the most influential tools at you service when it comes to profiting from any MLM program is e-mail marketing? It is much easier to begin than you might imagine. A majority of your sales and network-building efforts can be placed on autopilot.

When you have e-mail marketing:

• Potential customers can be educated about the products that you have.

• Potential downline members can be educated about the MLM opportunity as well as the commission structure and profit potential.

• Trust and credibility can be built over time with improved conversions. Fifteen minutes is not the time frame that you have for a sales pitch.

• Your business can be extended. You can initiate new products and opportunities to your existing list.

• Almost everything can be placed on autopilot. With today’s mailing list management software, you can program pre-written messages to be delivered in whatever order you require them to be.

Are you beginning to see some power here? E-mail marketing remains to be the most trusted and effective means of communication that there is available to on-line businesses.

It also still beats the latest tactics such as audio and video. Why?

Bear in mind that not everyone has the capacity of computing or the bandwidth to view complex multi-media presentations. However, almost all of the people that you wish to contact have basic e-mail.

If e-mail is not yet being used by you for multi-level marketing program, then here is how you can begin without delay:

Primarily, use autoresponder for the purposes of managing your e-mail list. There are various good ones available. A majority of them come as software with a ‘one-time’ license fee. The software needs to be installed onto your own web server.

If you require someone else to undertake the dirty work for you, then you can register with a third party autoresponder service. Autoresponder software is hosted by these companies on their own servers. Certain companies offer free services, however, a majority of them will charge you a monthly fee for an account.

Secondly, you need to create an autoresponder series to promote your MLM. This is a simple series of brief e-mails that explain the products and the opportunity with a focal point on ‘soft-selling’ the prospect.

Create educational, informative and high-quality messages. Every message should build on the other and move the prospect that little bit closer to taking the desired action. The messages that can go in a series are not limited.

These messages should be loaded into your autoresponder, and be scheduled to be delivered as you wish. One message can be sent each day, or several days can be put between each message. It is entirely your decision.

And finally, have your autoresponder produce the code for your opt-in form. This code can be cut and pasted into your web page, which will create a ‘subscription box’ whereby visitors can submit their names and e-mail addresses if they wish to sign up to your list.

Ensure that a sufficient amount of motivation is given for them to opt-in. It is advised to create a web page called a ‘landing page’ that is dedicated to this. This will be designed to do just one thing, and that is to get your visitors to join your list.

Once everything has been automated in this way, you can then spend more quality time in focusing on driving traffic to your lead capture system and building your list.

All that you need to do after that is sit back and relax whist you are watching your e-mail marketing do all of the work. You will never want to promote any other form of multi-level program in a different way.
